Steakhouse chain Steak 48 lands on Broad Street this spring with a 12,000-square-foot location opening in the newly renovated Atlantic building at Broad and Spruce.
LOTT Builds will serve as the general contractor for the 12,000 square-foot dining establishment. The restaurant is broken up into separate spaces, including a mezzanine, to make it feel cozier than its square footage and 450 seats would imply.
