New Steakhouse Opening In Baltimore County

Brazilian steakhouse Fogo de Chão is opening in late 2024 at the Towson Town Center.

The 7,924-square-foot eatery will replace the recently closed P.F. Chang’s at the corner of Fairmount Avenue. One of the highlights will be the dry-aged meat lockers. These will age cuts like the 32 oz. Long-Bone Tomahawk Ribeye, which is aged for a minimum of 42 days.

Customers can eat at a churrasco grill while watching chefs butcher, prepare and grill over an open flame. The restaurant will also feature a market table with seasonal salads, fresh superfoods, cured meats, antipasti and more. A dining room and a bar, dubbed Bar Fogo, round out the offerings.
